You will work closely with our experienced Product and Product Development teams who support you in all aspects of the role ensuring you have the necessary training required to succeed, positioning you for future development and progression within the company.

Main Tasks:

Project Support & Coordination:

  • Liaise with new, and existing suppliers (global)
  • Maintain and update NPD project timelines, trackers, and documents

Admin & Data Management:

  • Support and control supplier documentation (specs, QASs, allergen data, etc.)
  • Maintain collate records for ingredients, recipes, and product information
  • Co-ordinate approval processes of label and pack copy

External Product Master Data:

  • Support product registration and maintenance of trade databases (e.g., EPD and Dabas)
  • Support retailer portal uploads and submissions for new products

Sample & Trial Coordination:

  • Arrange product samples for internal panels, customers, and trade shows
  • Book and track sample ordering and gathering of feedback

What we are looking for:

  • Fluent in English and Norwegian language (verbal and written)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • Min 1-2 years of office experience
  • Background in the food sector and/or experience working with product specifications is an advantage
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work across multiple projects
  • Comfortable managing data, trackers, and filing systems
  • Accurate and structured
  • Proactive mindset with a collaborative and flexible approach
  • Works well both independently and as a team
