Brand Ambassador – Premium Beverages (Belgium/Luxembourg)

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded, independent wine and spirits company with a growing international footprint. Known for their eclectic portfolio of premium brands and energetic culture, they are now looking to strengthen their on-trade presence across Belgium and Luxembourg.
This Brand Ambassador role offers the rare chance to join a values-driven business at a pivotal point in its European expansion. The successful candidate will play a hands-on role in activating brands in the field, building commercial relationships, and driving volume growth through on-trade engagement.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the International Sales Director, this is a field-based position covering Belgium and Luxembourg, with autonomy to manage your territory and shape local brand presence.
Key responsibilities:

Develop brand visibility through tastings, incentives, and activation programmes

Grow distribution and volume via strategic wholesaler engagement

Manage 20+ weekly customer visits across bars, restaurants, and nightlife venues

Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and regional campaigns

Collaborate with the Regional Manager and internal teams to ensure brand consistency

Work from home one day a week for admin and diary management
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial instincts, a deep understanding of the on-trade environment, and a genuine passion for premium beverage brands.
Essential Experience:

Sales and brand activation experience in the beverage or FMCG sectors

Proven track record with on-trade accounts (bars, nightclubs, restaurants)

Confidence working autonomously in a fast-paced field-based role

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

Fluent in English and Flemish/Dutch; working French a strong advantage

Based in Belgium or Luxembourg with full driving licence

Existing network across the Belgian/Luxembourg on-trade

Prior experience working with importers, distributors, or wholesalers
