We’re looking for a seasoned Strategy and Operations Manager to join our Data Center Operations team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving complex problems, and are passionate about mission-critical infrastructure—this role is for you.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of experience in program management
- 5+ years of leadership experience, with or without direct reports
Preferred qualifications:
- 8+ years leading cross-functional or multi-team projects
- Experience in a high-availability environment such as data centers, hospitals, or power plants
What You’ll Do
As a Strategy and Operations Manager, you will drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of our mechanical and electrical site operations. Your role will be pivotal in shaping high-impact engineering programs, fostering collaboration across global teams, and leading initiatives that ensure our infrastructure scales reliably and sustainably.
You’ll act as a key advisor and program leader, working alongside local facility managers, plant engineers, global program teams, and design/construction stakeholders. Together, you’ll develop and execute innovative solutions to support both existing infrastructure and new, cutting-edge greenfield sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage a portfolio of programs with high business impact
- Create and maintain a communication framework for stakeholders and executive-level reporting
- Lead structured program reviews and prioritization cycles to align on goals and resource deployment
- Establish governance models that drive decision-making and mitigate cross-team dependencies
- Identify and implement change management strategies to accelerate program velocity across multiple teams
