We are pleased to announce that effective September 3, 2019, NPAworldwide and Inter-City Personnel Associates (IPA) will be merged into a single network called NPAworldwide. This is a very exciting event for the membership of both organizations and for the staff supporting the combined networks.
The networks’ greatest asset has always been the quality of our members and the value delivered to clients and candidates. By joining forces we have made a significant increase in the quality of that asset. We are going to leverage the combined membership through a single network moving forward with enhanced experience and expertise. The combination of IPA with NPAworldwide will produce an expanded base of highly qualified recruitment businesses and consultants resulting in superior service for members and their clients.
This is a merger of two highly compatible businesses. Our networks have had much in common over the years and have shared joint members, common leadership from the member ranks and a positive and healthy past as friendly competitors. NPAworldwide leadership has long respected and looked to the Romberg family as friends and innovative business associates. We hold similar values and philosophies for doing business: producing an excellent job for the client, an emphasis on honesty and integrity, and the importance of bringing a positive attitude to all that we do.
The combined networks will operate under one set of rules and operate as one company— NPAworldwide Recruitment Network. You can rely on the same quality of personal working relationships that you have had in the past. While Peter Romberg will be redirecting his focus outside of the combined networks, he will remain available to the staff of the combined networks as a resource and friend. We will continue to operate from the NPAworldwide headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan. NPAworldwide members will benefit from an influx of new and like-minded recruitment partners. We look forward to an exciting and prosperous future for our members, staff and the clients and markets we serve.
