We are looking for a
Sales Manager
who can help us achieve our growth objectives and establish our brand in the Norwegian market.
Job Description
As our Sales Manager for Norway, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth for Naulankanta.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Material Sales
- Developing and executing a sales strategy for the Norwegian market
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the construction and wind energy sectors
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry associations
- Representing Naulankanta at industry events and conferences
- Collaborating with our Finnish headquarters to ensure effective coordination and support for projects in Norway
- Reporting on sales activities and progress towards targets
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
- Earlier experience in post tensioning / anchoring works and or sales of the before mentioned products
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the construction industry, with a focus on wind energy Anchor, post tensioning or infraproduct sales
- A proven track record of delivering sales growth and developing new business opportunities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Fluency in Norwegian and English
