Talent Gallery Search & Selection and NPAworldwide are seeking a strategic Europe based VP of International Sales role in Industrial Products within a dynamic, high growth, industry leading company.  Lead and work closely with a proactive team focused on identification and delivery of innovative solutions in an environment which encourages professional development.  Report to the President, work closely with the Executive team.  Be responsible for leadership of an International Sales team, channel development initiatives and achievement of group sales goals for EMEA and much of Asia.


  • Establish goals and objectives for the Region and for individual Sales Managers, prioritize workload, and direct the activities/responsibilities of Sales Managers at all locations
  • Manage/mentor/coach performance of Sales Managers to assure forecast accuracy and sales goal achievement
  • Recruit additional Sales Managers as needed
  • Maintain awareness of both customer specific and high-level market trends, assure CRM documentation, and conduct periodic SWOT analysis
  • Collaborate with company leadership on all matters involving market condition, demands, trends and product promotion
  • Grow and maintain Channel and Customer relationships and assure alignment of strategies and action plans to assure revenue and profit goal achievement
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction


  • Bachelor of Engineering, Science, Technology and/or Business/Marketing
  • 5+ years leading profitable, high growth, multinational industrial product channel sales team/s (distributors, wholesalers, and OEM sales of $50mm+ USD) with consistent achievement of sales goals
  • Track record of sales goal development and growing/mentoring/developing industrial product channel sales team (5-10+ team members)
  • Demonstrated success in navigating competitive markets and development of long-term business relationships with channel partners and customers
  • Significant experience with collaborative strategic development/planning/execution and reporting of key performance metrics
  • Track record of proactive and direct hands-on involvement in all aspects of the sales process in an environment of rapid and frequent change
  • High proficiency in verbal and written English communication
  • Ability to participate in international travel up to about 50%


  • MBA
  • LEAN management experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following industries preferred – oil, gas, chemical, plastics, aerospace, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, general industrial


  • Salesforce.com experience
  • B2B direct/indirect sales experience
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • High cognitive abilities & intellectual curiosity
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ)
